Return, Exchange, and, Refund :


What is the process to return or exchange the product found in damaged condition or not according to given specifications?

We are considerate to understand that sometimes things would not work out. At the time of delivery, if you receive a damaged or a defective product, or it doesn’t match according to the product specifications made, Clarus has the following options for returning the product:

  • We will take it on us to rectify / replace the damaged product
  • We will exchange it with a new product, where in:
  1. If the exchanged product is of more value than the product returned, you will be required to pay the amount over the value.
  2. If the exchanged product is of lesser value than the product returned, we will refund the balance amount by deducting it from the next raised bill.

One way or the other, we ensure you have the best product for your interiors!

The following conditions need to be followed while requesting a Return:

  • All products must be returned unused with their original price tags and labels intact.
  • Our designer will inspect all returned items within 48 hours of the request, only when it passes our assurance test, we will be able to process the return.

* NOTE:

  • Any non-manufacturing defects and damages post the confirmation of delivery will render the product invalid for returns or replacements.
  • Modular Kitchens and Modular Furniture is made to order, which is why it stands invalid for returns or exchanges.

How do I raise a return request?

You can raise the return request by writing to us at info@clarusind.in within 2 days of receipt of your order.

What is the 48-hour inspection policy?

Once we receive a return request, we will make sure that our Designer visits your site to inspect the product. If the inspection approves your return as applicable, the amount will be initiated within 48 hours.

When will I receive a replacement?

Once the return request is accepted post inspection, the timeline for replacement may vary from product to product. A Clarus designer will keep you informed at all times, and we will make all efforts to make your new product reach you within the earliest possible time.
