Once the appointment is set on call, the meeting agenda will be to understand your requirements, site measurements, your choice pallete, your space dimensions and more details to create a Project Brief. The designer will present a raw floor plan. You will be informed about the various drafts of plans available with all the additional benefits for you to select the plan that best suits your need.
Once you decide on a plan, the Designer will get back with an estimated quote, floor plans with 2 options and some ideas with images for your reference. When you are 100% satisfied with the design plan, we are 100% happy to start the project with a 10% advance.
Collaborate with designer for selecting and finalising the material, furniture, finishes, colours and more. Once done, you will get detailed design in 3D for every room and final revised quote based on material chosen. You will need to pay 40% upfront to order the furniture and start on-site execution.
We begin with the on-site execution with our sustainable process, care and precision. Once the plumbing, electrical, mechanical and POP application is complete, pay 20% on the completion of MEP. The furniture establishment begins and the custom furniture is ordered.
Once the ordered furniture is ready to dispatch, payment of 20% is to be generated upfront. Once the furniture on-site and the custom ordered furniture is de-loaded and installed at the site carefully, you will need to pay 5% on the completion of on-site furniture work.
Once the furniture is installed, polishing, painting and wall-paper work will be taken care of. On completion, the remaining 5% of payment is to be advanced. At this stage, 100% of your work and 100% payment process is completed.
