Then, the designer will revert with a Design Proposal (Design Concept and Bill of Quantity).
The Design Proposal is a result comprising of the initial discussion between you and your designer which will include floor-plan options, reference pictures and mood boards to give you a fair idea of how your space will look like. Also, it will include the Bill of Quantity (BOQ): an itemised bill of all products and services, based on your choice of plan and design concept.
BOQ is detail itemised bill of quantity of all the products and services involved to design your house. The design plans come with many variants of products and services to cater to your needs and the cost for each type of design plan are different, hence, your choice of design plan will help us to create your BOQ.

Once you pay 10% to start working on the project, our designer will work with you for finalising the designs, selection of material and other related actions, with various options and choices that will definitely make your kind of design still, if you want more work on designs, you can go for maximum 3 iterations.
Yes, during the phase of working on designs and selection of materials in your presence, the designer will show you all the samples and material for you to check it before finalising and approving it.
Your project will be entirely managed by our Interior Designer who will be the single-point-of-contact for all your queries. He / She will manage the contractors to complete the task as per the finalised designs.
No, your participation will be NIL while managing the site. Your interior designer will regularly visit the site to keep a check on the quality of work and a supervisor would be appointed to manage the site every day. Also, whenever required the interior designer will fix an appointment with you to meet at the site for your reviews from time-to-time.
Your designer will provide you with regular with the use of any existing technology, we strongly believe that the purpose of technology is to reduce the friction in communication.
Your visit to the site is not required, the supervisor will be appointed for regular updates and supervision, as mentioned, your visit would be appointed with the Designer, whenever a review is required.
A supervisor will be appointed to administer the site work every day and daily updates will be marked to the Interior designer.
This all depends on the nature of work, you can discuss this matter with your designer, and, depending on the work he/she will advise you correctly. Moreover, we recommend not to stay in the house during its renovation.
Kindly discuss the matter for the delay with your designer, he/she will help you clarify the things. There may be much unforeseen reason for delays, change in the design, unavailability or delays of the material or some issues from contractors or so for the delay which will be clarified reasonably.
All your queries and concerns will be taken care of by the project designer, you can freely discuss it with him/her. If you have some issues with your designer or if the issue is out of the scope of the Designer, you can escalate it to the Prime Consultant of Clarus, it will be taken care through them.
All the Installations will be handled by skilled contractors and professional service partners of specific sophisticated systems and products. For all the onsite making and installations, the expert contractors will be appointed to handle the specified task under expert guidance.
Expert contractors are experienced and skilled in a specific area of interior constructions. With their expertise, they would handle the installations with 90% success and minimum risk involved.
They are measured and tested under different extreme conditions to handle the installations, their expertise is not common to find among many other contractors.
No, other contractors will not be recognised one’s and bound to work as per our instructions. We are taking care of all the products and services as they are tested and measured for sustainability, endurance, durability and extreme conditions. Don’t worry we and our expert contractors will take care of your home project.
It will depend entirely on the project. It may require to appoint specialised contractors for different jobs. For the installation of products that need expertise, a professional will handle the job.
Once all the designs are finalised and materials & samples are approved, we are all set to start the execution. As soon as we receive 40% of the BOQ, our contractors will begin the execution.
Clarus contractors are on constant supervision during execution and the job is handled by skilled workers, there is a set timeline restriction for each job undertaken by them. If there would be a delay, due to unforeseen conditions, it will be notified in advance.
The interior designer is your one-stop solution provider for all your queries and problems and hence, your go-to person during the installation of the project.
No, there are no separate bills by Clarus other than the BOQ. Our design and service charges are included in the itemised bills with all the inclusions.

Every product provided by Clarus is subject to availability. Also, over a period of time, there may be an escalation in product prices, hence the expiry date is mandatory to be attached to the quote.
Yes, we offer an appropriate warranty with almost every product that we install as the selection process of the products is first passed through the quality test with warranty. Clarus will charge 10% of your total project cost to compensate the designer’s time spent on design and project management – this cost is included with the other costs of products and services.

Yes, the pricing of our furniture and products may vary over time. Your final quotation will have an expiry date for the price of the products and services offered. In a competitive marketplace we cannot exert price control on the products, except during the validity of the quote.
