  • In-case of stains, gently clean with a damp cloth and wipe with dry cloth immediately. It is best to strictly avoid any ammonia or alcohol based cleaning products.
  • Clean the stove and burner daily, so that the food particles don’t stick on it
    and stain it further. o In-case of a steel sink installed in the kitchen, clean the sink with soft  nylon scrubbing pad so that the steel doesn’t get scratches of any kind.
  • Avoid use of any chloride based cleaning products, instead, use cold water
    or mild detergents if needed.
  • Get your chimney serviced by the manufacturer / brand every 6 months
    for optimum operating capacity.
  • Clean the entire refrigerator once a week with soapy water.
  • Clean the hardware, hinges and handles with only a soft cloth / brush and a mild glass cleaner, avoid using any strong chemicals on them.
  • In-case you want to clean any metallic surfaces, first to a patch-test in a hidden area by cleaning with damp cloth and dry wipe, and polish with oil if needed. If the result is as desired, you can opt to do it on the whole surface.
  • For maintaining the shine of stainless steel kitchen appliances or tiles, use a mixture of baking soda and water.
  • Strictly avoid acidic, harsh and corrosive cleaning products of all kinds.
  • Should there be a wish for retouching, please use professional services only, but when you opt for retouching, the warranty will stand void.
  • While operating the shutters, do not lean or put any weight on the
    shutter.
  • Strictly refrain from using products with hydrochloric acid whole cleaning
    the kitchen floor or sink as the acid fumes will cause the coating on the SS hardware and hinges to rust.
  • Avoid alkaline water as it has high pH which can cause marks and stains
    on stainless steel surfaces.
  • Please do not put excess weight, than the prescribed capacity, in the cabinets, shelves and drawers.

Please follow these instructions for solid-wood furniture:

  • Air and sunlight may change the colour of natural wood, hence, occasionally rotate the items placed on your solid wood furniture to allow a more uniform colour to develop.
  • For cleaning wooden surfaces, lightly dampen soft cloth with water, rub gently and wipe dry.
  • In case of any stains / spillage on the wooden surfaces, gently rub the area with a solution of water and a mild cleaning agent, wipe dry immediately.
  • Avoid any ammonia and alcohol-based cleaning products.
  • Protect your solid wood furniture from spillages or heat by using coasters and trivets. Always wipe up moisture promptly and dry with a soft cloth.
  • We take strict precautions to make sure the wood is duly sealed. However, wood may nominally expand and contract with seasonal humidity changes

To sustain metal furniture, follow these care points:

  • For cleaning metallic surfaces, use a damp cloth and wipe dry  immediately.
  • To renew the metallic shine, gently polish with oil (Kindly do a patch test
    on a hidden area first).

To maintain the upholstery:

  • Dust using a soft brush or vacuum regularly using the upholstery attachment.
  • For the cushions and pillows, flip, rotate and fluff them on a regular basis to allow even distribution of wear.
  • Use a fabric and upholstery protector for durability and protection against stains.
  • For regular maintenance or in case of any stains / spillage, use a mild fabric cleaner. Kindly do a patch test on a hidden area first. Do not apply cleaner directly onto the upholstery.
  • Keep sharp objects away that can potentially damage the upholstery.

What should be done to maintain the Marble flooring and surfaces in the house?

Follow the mentioned instructions for the marble maintainance:

  • Use plain water damp cloth to clean the marble floors and surfaces.
  • Only Marble cleaning agents are recommended to maintain the shine of the surface and floor, do not use abrasive and acidic cleaning products.
  • Do not drag any sharp objects over the Marble surfaces.
  • Periodical polishing and sealing of the marble surfaces and floors is recommended through an expert.
  • Do not spill strong colour agents on marble surfaces, in case of spillage gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth and dry immediately to avoid staining on the surface.

What are the care instructions for using Space saving Furniture?

For Space saving furniture, consider the following:

  • Drilling holes or screwing any add-on parts to the product may damage the product and such modifications will also void the warranty.
  • Kids below 10 years old should NOT be allowed to handle / Operate the space-saving product as it might be dangerous. Prior to using the product, we advise clearing the floor area. Gently guide the product to the floor while opening. Please ensure the legs are placed properly on the floor before taking your hands off.
  • Please be careful while opening space-saving beds.
  • Please do not walk / stand on the furniture without applying all the  support.
  • Use the product within the recommended weight capacity.
