What are the payment terms for a Clarus Home Project?
The entire project will be handled by an interior consultant and a team of project manager and supervisors along with continuous guidance from our Prime Consultant. The payment structure follows a break up at different stages based on the progress of your project and the tasks that follow:
- 10% of the tentative BOQ – After discussions with your designers are
done, this payment is to confirm the booking of Clarus Interior Consultants for your home interiors.
- 40% of the BOQ – to be paid on finalizing the design and scope of your
project with your Consultant.
- 20% of further Payment – Once the order will be placed for Modular furniture along with MEP and Carpentry execution.
- 25% of further Payment – On the completion of on-site carpentry work, you are liable to pay 5% and once the ordered furniture is ready to dispatch 20% will be due for payment
- 5% of Remaining Due – After the final completion of painting, polishing
and installation of furnishings At this point 100% payment is done and you can enjoy your new home with sustainable surroundings * Terms and Conditions:
- Delays in making a payment at any stage can cause a delay in the project
completion which Clarus is not liable for.
- In case of project cancellation after 50% payment, we will be unable to refund any payment made.
