What if I intend to Cancel the Project?

Should there be an unlikely event / need for you to cancel the project due to any reasons, Clarus has certain Cancellation Terms in place to help you in the best way:

• If you cancel the project after payment of Booking Amount (10% of Project Value), Clarus will refund to the tune of 50% of that amount within 15 days of confirmation of cancellation and be credited back to the same bank account.
• You can cancel your Confirmation of Project anytime between booking us and placing your final order (between 10% and 40% Payment tabs).
• If you cancel your project after 50% payment, we may not be able to refund your amount as they would have been utilised for processing various aspects of the project. However, we would like to get a chance to redress your grievances, if any, in order to help you change your mind. What are the terms for cancelling / replacing any product?

• Any product in the tentative BOQ can be replaced / removed while the discussion for designs is still going on with your Interior Consultant and the Order Invoice is not generated.
• Once the invoice for the Sales Order is created, Clarus cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items since each item is made to order.
• However, please be assured that our design team will always explicitly discuss all items with you before placing orders

What are the terms of project cancellation?

Project cancellation will constitute a major reduction of 50% or more in project value (vis-a-vis the value at project booking).

Why is only half of my booking amount refunded?

At Clarus, we assure you that we work to achieve all your design visions. Since each client gets access to a design team who personally works on customizing concepts for their home who put in a lot of time and hard work, we humbly deny the refund of a full amount, but only half the booking amount.
